sunny snapshot: my dad's laugh

My last snapshot made me so cheery, I just had to share this favorite of my dad.

My dad dresses up on "talk like a pirate" day and says things like "scalawag".

He used to be a bus driver and he picked me up from high school in the short bus 

sometimes, just to be funny.

We build a tree house together once.

He has every random thing you could possibly need out in his shed.

My mom didn't have to worry about the kids bringing stray animals home to keep, 

that was always dad's doing.

He taught me to be resourceful.

My dad has a laugh that shakes from his toes to the tips of his hair.

Total strangers love my dad. My friends who have never met him love him. I know 

you have fallen in love just now, haven't you?
