Opportunities.

I was going to take a nap. But then all I could think about was the remarkable kids I've gotten to know recently through a church program. I thought about each of them and their sweet spirits. I thought about their home-situations, some pretty alright, others not so good.

And I realized that in the time it would take for me to snooze, I could definitely write a few notes.

So long as the world has pens and paper, we have great power to lift others.

And so long as the world has candy, we have something to give our words a little oomph.

"There are chances for work all around just now.
Opportunities right in our way.
Do not less them pass by, saying, 'someday I'll try'
But go and do something today." -Will L. Thompson (1847-1909)

What a great blessing to those kids!
The children in the church are simply amazing. I am currently serving in a Primary presidency in our ward, and I awe of them. I have been thinking what I could lately to let them know how special they are, and I think I found the answer:) You are simply amazing!
One time, my sister-in-law told me to never suppress a generous thought, and I know that she was quoting someone, but I'm not sure who. Do you know who that was? Anyway, I try to remember that each day. Sometimes it feels like a hassle, but everytime I do it, I know the Lord is pleased. I mean, how else is He suppose to reach out to everyone on this earth?! We are His sentinels.
