he lost a tooth the week of his 6th birthday.

he opened a totally rad remote-controlled airplane from grandpa and grandma.

he got a special card in the mail from great-grandpa.

on his actual birthday we drove to Idaho and he threw up in the car twice.

that's quite alright, though, for he had quite a surprise when grandma rie and aunt katie showed up for a special visit!

along with the awesome gifts they brought (beyblades!), he was practically spoiled to death by auntie tamsin.

so, i'd say it's pretty good to be six.
