dog tails and physics fun.

matt and i returned from a doctor's appointment the other morning to find that the kids had been building a pulley system.

before they could show us their creation, molly had to gallop around the yard in pure excitement that we were all back there together.

 after some healthy tail-chasing things settled down enough to conduct a few science experiments.

 1. will it hold dad? hypothesis?

it did hold dad! and only took four kiddos to hoist him into the tree.

 2. will it hold mom? hypothesis?

 it did hold mom.

 3. will mom like it? any guesses?

no! mom will beg to be let down while everyone laughs.
