fur, obviously

yesterday i scheduled hour-long blocks to help each child with halloween costumes. when i think of the task as a whole i find myself paralyzed, but each individual project, with tunnel-vision employed, fills me with inspiration and energy.
they've decided they want to be the avengers. evy is back and forth between rocket and captain marvel. she and finn debated the prospects...
finn: well, captain marvel is pretty much the strongest of the super heroes and the costume would be cool and fun to wear and you would like it and look good. but rocket has fur, so that's obviously what you should choose.
evy: maybe i should be black widow.
ek, the girl has been some kind of ninja warrior in black almost every year since she was three. honestly that costume doesn't excite me very much.
it can be a big endeavor to build a halloween climax when most every day somebody is sporting a costume for normal. finn dresses like a furry beast, ossi dresses like a soldier or warrior, and evy dresses for a funeral. liam dresses in the first and most comfortable clothes he sees- he has his13-year-old thing going. though he's getting pretty into making armor lately.

what personas will gwen adopt, i wonder?
i'm on the verge of giggles picturing the possibilities.
