35 to go. And a lovely adventure.

Planned to meet our "hike a trail" goal on our summer live list!

The ultimate find! A glorious (free) hiking path, and only 30 minutes away from home!

And for those of you who, like me, don't think of Idaho as having "breathtaking" qualities; you need to come here. If you live in Rexburg and want to come with me, I'm going back at least once a week for the rest of summer! Leave me a message, and we'll get a party going!

We hiked with a dear friend of mine, and her beautiful babies. The company was sublime.

My friend's oldest daughter is all about experiencing nature. It was marvelous to witness her need to feel each wonder on her bare feet, and before we knew it she was swimming in a small spring just off the path! What a young adventurer! Sparky followed hesitantly, but enjoyed the stop.

Ok, I changed my mind about needing to have a daughter. I need one.

Love the sisterhood I feel with this woman, and they way may heart is invested in the lives of her children. I am so sad she is moving away in two weeks. But our friends are never far... when there's facebook.

We must return, along with Duke. He would like this.

A successful day, marked by my slumbering princes.

Have an adventure! You may be a little tired at the end of the day, but you won't regret it.
