summer baseball. part three.

5 reasons why Iggy is Squints from The Sandlot.

1. He looks just like him.

2. I have yet to meet a person who doesn't immediately adore this kid.

3. He totally digs older women.

4. He can't swim.

5. He would do just about anything for a kiss from a pretty girl.

To get to know Iggy exactly watch the scene when Squints sees Wendy Peffercorn for the first time in the movie. For additional fun, add Sparky's commentary to the scene...

"Wow, mom. She's so beautiful... And she walks... so... slow."

Man, I love having kids. They've grown so much, so quickly. And I sort of can't wait until they're old enough for sandlotesque shenanigans.

I absolutely love this! I can't believe the resemblance. My little Beckam loves the Sandlot and just might die if he saw this. Haha.

I have three daughters, and after reading this post I have decided that Iggy will be more than welcome to introduce himself to any one of them (in about 19 years or so of course). :)

As always, you are so delightful. I wish I still lived in Oregon so we could be "in person" friends.
